SpinWinPK Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing the SpinWinPK website at spinwinpk.ws, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and SpinWinPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use any part of the SpinWinPK platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

SpinWinPK may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an account at SpinWinPK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SpinWinPK operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access and use the SpinWinPK platform from your location.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your real full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a SpinWinPK employee or partner in any capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with SpinWinPK or any other betting platform.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one SpinWinPK account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods – is a serious breach of these terms. If SpinWinPK identifies duplicate accounts, the following actions will be taken:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings across all associated accounts will be forfeited.
• Real-money balances may be held pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, balances may also be forfeited.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is established.

Age Verification

SpinWinPK takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. If requested, you must submit a clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, B-Form, or passport within 72 hours of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension until verification is completed. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed, all pending bets will be voided, and funds will be returned to the original payment source.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your SpinWinPK account login credentials, including your password, mobile number, and any two-factor authentication details. SpinWinPK will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp.

You must not share your account login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised the action. SpinWinPK will not reverse bets or refund losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the security breach resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact SpinWinPK support immediately via live chat or email at support@spinwinpk.ws. We will suspend the account while the situation is investigated. You should also immediately change your password and, if applicable, the password on the email address associated with your SpinWinPK account.

All financial transactions at SpinWinPK are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SpinWinPK does not apply foreign exchange conversions at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted Payment Methods

SpinWinPK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Easypaisa – instant deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash – instant deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
• IBFT Bank Transfer – processed same business day
• Visa / Mastercard Debit Cards – instant deposits, withdrawals within 2 business days

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits are credited instantly for mobile wallet methods.
• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• SpinWinPK does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed in under 10 minutes. IBFT transfers are processed the same business day.
• SpinWinPK does not charge withdrawal fees.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. This is a fraud prevention measure, not a penalty.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed while a player has an active account review or self-exclusion in progress.

SpinWinPK offers a Welcome Bonus and ongoing promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms below, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 25,000. For example, if your first deposit is Rs 5,000, SpinWinPK will credit an additional Rs 5,000 in bonus funds, giving you Rs 10,000 total to play with.

Wagering Requirements

• Sports betting and cricket/PSL betting: 5x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Casino games and slots: 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Free bets have a 1x wagering requirement – you keep the winnings from the free bet, not the stake.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. SpinWinPK reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from accounts that show patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus has unsatisfied wagering requirements will result in the previous bonus and its associated wagering balance being forfeited.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given to affected players.
• Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts or through abuse of referral programmes will be forfeited and the accounts closed.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets at SpinWinPK, including cricket, PSL, football, and all other sports. Specific market rules for individual bet types are published in the relevant market descriptions within the betting section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

• Minimum bet: Rs 200 on all markets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and match profile. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where the bet appears to be placed on the basis of information not available to the general public.
• Bets are only accepted and valid once confirmed via the bet slip. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.

In-Play Betting

• In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods around key match events (wickets, goals, penalties) to allow for odds recalculation.
• Bets placed during a market suspension may be queued and accepted at the new price or cancelled at SpinWinPK's discretion.
• SpinWinPK is not liable for latency issues arising from the player's internet connection that result in bets being placed at prices the player did not intend.

Settlement & Abandoned Matches

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket).
• If a match is abandoned without a result, all match-result bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS results are treated as official results.
• Bets on specific over-count markets (e.g., total runs in 50 overs) are voided if the match is reduced in overs before the relevant point is reached.
• SpinWinPK reserves the right to void bets if a palpable error in odds is identified. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.

All casino games, jackpot slots, card games, Andar Bahar, and virtual sports available at SpinWinPK use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. SpinWinPK publishes the Return to Player (RTP) figure for each game in its description. These figures represent the theoretical long-run payout rate and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

• Minimum bet values for casino games and slots are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, SpinWinPK reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's balance. SpinWinPK is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its control.
• Jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. Jackpot wins above Rs 500,000 may require additional identity verification before the prize is credited.
• Virtual sports results are generated by a certified RNG and are entirely independent of real-world sporting events. Past virtual results do not influence future outcomes.

• Cooling-Off Period – Take a temporary break from betting of between 1 and 30 days. During the cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your SpinWinPK account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SpinWinPK platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and – where applicable – reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting errors in software, odds feeds, or game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage ("bug abuse")
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on information that is not available to the general public ("insider information")
• Using the SpinWinPK platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account or identity
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account bonus claiming or bonus hedging strategies
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to obscure your identity or location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing SpinWinPK staff or other players via any communication channel

SpinWinPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe
• Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud
• Confirmed match-fixing or use of inside information
• Suspected money laundering activity
• Being identified as a duplicate account of an existing player

When an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the suspension will be lifted and pending withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, SpinWinPK may forfeit bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings while returning the verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to any legal obligations that may prevent this.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily at any time may do so by contacting SpinWinPK support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Real-money balances are returned to the registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

All content on the SpinWinPK platform – including but not limited to the SpinWinPK brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software – is the intellectual property of SpinWinPK or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any SpinWinPK content without our express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any licence or right to use SpinWinPK's intellectual property for any purpose other than using the platform as a registered player for its intended purpose.

SpinWinPK's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, net of withdrawals. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SpinWinPK is not liable for:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
• Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond SpinWinPK's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security
• Losses arising from the player's misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or market terms

The SpinWinPK platform is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure continuous, accurate, and error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or entirely free of errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game or bet outcomes, SpinWinPK will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

SpinWinPK collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the SpinWinPK Privacy Policy. A summary of our data practices:

• We collect the personal information you provide at registration and during your use of the platform, including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details.
• We use this information to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform.

• Notify registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect
• Maintain a record of previous versions of the Terms and Conditions, available on request from our support team

If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the SpinWinPK platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
